Professional background
Robert started his career in sales & marketing functions with companies in the industrial- and service sectors, and later moved on to senior positions as Managing Director and Regional Manager. As Area Sales Manager United States and Europe of Schrack Telecom and Norma Goerz Instruments he was tasked with managing sales channels and establishing marketing strategies for subsidiaries. In his capacity of Managing Director of foreign affiliates in the United States, Germany and Austria he was frequently confronted with challenging situations such as change management, divestments, post-acquisition integration and repositioning. Robert has a thorough understanding of complex negotiations with both internal and external stakeholders of various cultural background. He has been working as a business consultant since 2012.
