Educational background

After graduating with a degree in Business Administration at the High School for Economy in Budapest she continued her studies at the University of Vienna.

Professional background

Christian began his professional career at 3M in marketing and sales. He then spent four years with an event and marketing agency, where he was responsible for designing and organising sponsoring activities. After heading up an Austrian building society’s marketing department, Christian’s next position was with Ankerbrot where he spent four years managing the marketing and communication department with responsibility for retailers, restaurants and hotels, and branches. Since 1998 he has been working as a consultant (in HR), trainer and coach, developing and leading top-quality training seminars, and training and coaching more than 5,000 graduates in small and large groups. His focus has been on coaching executives and building teams, negotiations, sales, communication, and career and success coaching.

En GardE focus

Christian has been instrumental in developing our concept and runs seminars, coachings and consulting. He is the Managing Partner of En GardE Verhandlungstraining GmbH.
